"Great experience! I spoke with Lydia and she was so so helpful. As a young adult she was very helpful in explaining everything to me, as opposed to just throwing numbers at me (which is what happened when I called other places). She was able to make a plan that fit my situation best and made it as low as she could for me. Lydia was very considerate knowing that she was talking to someone new to the adult world and thoroughly explained everything I would need and answered every question I had kindly and thoughtfully.
